Each compartment is independently operated and controlled by a separate stainless steel Power Burner Steam Generator, gas valve, water level controls - no shared components.

Each generator produces 72,000 BTUs, for a combined total output of 144,000 BTUs.

Both have independent, standby modes, which holds them at a steaming temperature.

This allows the unit to start cooking immediately.

The compartment door, cooking cavity, and steam generator are constructed out of durable 14 gauge, 304 stainless steel.
